The teak laminate slats are crafted using state-of-the-art adhesives and weatherproof lamination techniques, ensuring both durability and comfort. Thin sheets of teak wood are layered perpendicularly to form the shape of each “palm” slat, resulting in a stable yet flexible structure. The slats are then finished with a fine-grained veneer, giving the piece a sleek, polished appearance.
Through a precise heat induction process, each slat is shaped to offer the perfect ergonomic curve, providing optimal comfort for relaxation. The teak slats are then mounted on a pearl-blasted stainless steel frame, which acts as the vertebrae of the lounger.
